When trying to sequence shop orders based on characteristics having multiple operations, a large number of the operations gets unscheduled with the error message IDI_SCHED_INFO_500. The operation we’re sequencing on is a later operation, but the operation getting the error message is a prior operation in the operation list. There is no explanation of the error message so it’s impossible to understand what happens - anyone seen this error or can anyone check in the APB code to see what triggers it?
