Finally i made the invoice at employee company, after i sent to customer company, it was stuck in outbox, due to error.

No idea what is going on? need your expertise.

this is no longer an issue now.
the problem is due to the Connectivity is not enabled in System Parameters.
My fault, sorry for the hassle.
