Would like to know how you are handling material flow between work center inbound and outbound locations.
we have inbound and outbound locations defined in each work center.
in order to produce finished product ABC, prior to assembly, we have semi-finished products, A, B, C manufactured. basically, semi products A, B, C will stay in their outbound location of the its last work center, usually it is a Floor Stock location.
when shop order for finished product ABC is released, we would like to see in the system, that A, B, C are all on a transport task and ready to move to final product ABC work center inbound location. How to make this happen?
