How can we manage different quality product from the same shop order?

HI,

our production process is quite complex and for the same shop order we can get different quality of product (same part) at the end.

What is the best way with  IFS to “class” this different level of quality for the same part type: high quality / less quality.

Please check if you can use/assign WDR for the product.

 

The waiver/deviation/rejection number, if assigned to the part. If you enter a new record, you can enter a W/D/R number here. A W/D/R number indicates that specific parts are somehow not standard, i.e., they are discrepant, deviant, rejected, etc. A particular location can contain the same parts, but the parts can have different W/D/R numbers. This number is used for tracking or selection purposes and can be used with the availability control.

Thanks for the answer, but the W/D/R number is not considered by MRP ...
