We recently received a report from one of our customers regarding a critical issue in their production environment concerning a user.
it appears that the issue is linked to the maximum number of roles enabled, reaching a limit of 148.
Solution: I suggested to the client that reducing the MAX_ENABLED_ROLES to below 148 could resolve the problem.
Problem:
customer has expressed difficulty in reducing the assigned roles for this particular user.
They've explained that current role structure involves end user roles, each linked to various functional roles. Changing these end user roles would impact multiple users, making it an impractical solution.
Question:
Please can I know is there any alternative solutions beyond maintaining the role count at 148?
(Some IFS users have encountered difficulties with this limitation, and we are keen to find a workaround that ensures both functionality and flexibility.)
