I would like column order changes made during a session using the Column Selector and Sheet Designer to be saved as the default for everyone using that session. Can you give a detailed explanation of how these changes will be applied across sheets? For example, I design a page as default and I want this page to be the default for every user in the system. However, they can design this page themselves from the column chooser and save it in their profile. But if I create a new user in the system, that user should see the page I have designed as default.

@Sena Kayıkçı the Profiles functionality in IFS Cloud/Aurena is a bit more limited than what was available in the previous versions.

In IFS Cloud each user will have it’s own profile where the column order / widths and all that will be saved. What’s important to know if that in IFS Cloud there’s no Base Profile that you can assign to a user to inherit by default the views that you wanna configure for each user.

That being said, there is a workaround for this in IFS Cloud. After a new user is created, you can export your user profile and import your profile on the new user profile which at this point will be standard.

More on profiles functionality in IFS Cloud you can read on the below post:

Is there anything on the horizon to permit a base profile to be propagated for new users? We’re seeking to streamline the user experience in our environment and standardizing around the columns displayed will be something we believe will help us manage a user experience.

We’ve tried doing some of it with page designer, but that has disadvantages as well, such as putting that page behind baseline when service or release updates are applied.
