is anybody familiar with customer warranty and supplier warranty?
Are there special functions behind it?

+7Hi Markus, we’re doing some work for a customer on this at the moment. There isn’t any particularly special functionality I’m aware of. This functionality is really just to flag that a warranty has been promised to the customer.
It depends what you want to do with it, but often a better solution - particularly for high value products - might be a service contract type. Let me know if you want some more information, as it depends what you are trying to achieve!
