Hi,

Is there a screen visible in IFS where you can see all transactions relating to a Customer Order.

For example you could view order status, invoice number, any collections or credits raised against the order?

No, not all of the ones you’ve listed, not in one place.  The closest thing is going to be either the Customer 360 or possibly the GL Balance Analysis assuming the Order has been tagged in all transactions, but that is only going to show the postings for the order, not necessarily the mechanism in which they got there (RMA, Credit Invoice, Instant Invoice, Order Shipment, etc).
