Few important concerns related to the CRO process in IFS Cloud has mentioned below.
01. The customer mentions that the company he/she sends the Part to( which was sent through the Customer Order) , would want to cancel/delete the CRO Exchange because the part has been damaged or scrapped. If so how can it be done without receiving the Part back?
02. Since the Part is Customer Owned, the company will scrap the Part. In that case how can the CRO exchange status Could be changed from the customers end?
03. Further He mentions that CRO Exchange created with a Part that’s "Customer Owned" and Exchange Code = “Single Swap” > Customer receives the item via customer order (dispatched quantity = 1) and “Dispatch Approved” = “No” > Via Operation “Scrap at Customer” is performed --> Qty Scrapped at Customer = 1 is there but even though its scrapped as mentioned in Point.No.03 > the CRO exchange status is still In Exchange.
Note - The related concerns have been discussed and swarmed with the Product Team and it was said the above requests are related to an enhancement.
Business Impact: Customer Technogroup is not able to cancel CRO Exchanges where its customer has by mutual agreement written off/scrapped the part sent --> process gap
Requesting further for the Product team to consider for a Future Release
