Hello Team
I apply a certain Template ID to one item code per process and change status to “Active”, but when go back to check “Template-where used”, I can find nothing, and go to that item code’s control plan, the “Template ID” is empty as well.
Is there any step being missed, or any other setting need to do? can someone help to pick up and have feedback.
