Hi all,

I happens that we have to repair manufactured parts. We do that by creating a RMA and a repair shop order. But we cannot find a easy way to connect the RMA to the repair shop order (without using a custom field).

How is that done?

Make the Repair Shop Order number the same as the RMA number (enter the SO number rather than just taking the next number off the stack on save)?  I guess it depends which you do first, RMA or SO…

I our setup that will not work very well. We are making a CF in return_material_line referring to the SO.
