Hello community,

There is a way in IFS (module or process) to calculate the qty of pallets that we need to prepare an order?

@Any  If you are using Handling Units, then you can define Packing Instructions with multiple nodes that you can attach to Parts.

Once you defined Handling Unit capacity and the Packing Instruction with how many HUs can fit into one pallet for ex, then you have all the data to calculate how many pallets will be needed for any given Shop Order or Shipment.

You could create a custom attribute for ShopOrder entity with the following formula: lot_size / HU capacity / number of units per pallet from Packing Instruction
