Actions sequencing in CO

I would like to know if there is a way to manage actions sequencing in the change order actions because some actions cannot be done if the previous ones are not completed (Apps 8).

    Carol, the only way I would have thought would be to change the Action No’s (if allowed), obviously not duplicating one that is already there.

    Unfortunately, the CO action no cannot be changed later
