Is it possible to safely attach the P60 pdf to the employee self-service in IFS.
It’s a shame that along with the Payment Details tab and Payslip tab there wasn’t another tab for document attachments that only the actual employee could only see the attached document being the P60.
Thought of document management > objects connnections but locking each P60 to the actual employee within the self-service section. But would document management be secure enough to stop other employees seeing someone elses P60 information.
If not, does anyone know whether it would be possible for employees P60 pdf to be locked with a separate password and then emailed to the employee?
