There is no refresh option for QIS since that is an online view.

If you have 12k records on IAL but QIS only have 10K records then this could be due to a row level security (RLS) issue.
Are you using the same user to query both IAL and QIS?

Do you have a RLS filter at the IAL level in the WHERE clause?

Is the IAL created using tables or views? if views, do those views have some kind of RLS check inbuilt?

Eg : if there is a site access check RLS filter, then the no of rows visible will depend on the access of the querying user.
