I am trying to create a simple Project Cost Report using the Project Activity Information Online Source as I done before.

I keep getting a The Given Key was not present in the Dictionary. 

What key, which dictionalry but how would I fix it ? 

Probably user related as I get it in APP10  nd IFS Cloud 21R2  but user not smart enough to figure it out (ie me)
