The BI access views are created in the IFSINFO -schema. This means that the IFSINFO user will automatically get access to the BI access views created.
But you mean that you would like to use another Oracle user to access the BI Access view in the IFSINFO schema?
I think it has been said that in IFS Cloud you can only access the database directly using the IFSINFO user and only for DW/BI purposis. Therefore it might be so that there are no separate control access for the access views.
