Hi,

 

Has anyone ever set up an Escalation Handling rule in IFS? My team has tried to set up an Escalation configuration that would dispatch a “Case” based on criteria but we can’t seem to get it to trigger.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: We really have yet to see a single Escalation Trigger work in action. A simple example of an Escalation Handling trigger in action may be enough to get us to the finish line.
