Hello,

I’m looking for help with BA Report.

The user uses order report form - report opens in Excel but without any data. There are no server session details on the  IFS Business Reporter tab (“Login” button - logged on to:).

What should I check first? (I suppose some important BA parameters are missing).

You can first check whether you get any data when running the report from BR client directly. If it still doesn’t show any data, it is possible that this is due to a data set permission issue or actual query that executes return no data.

Please make sure you update the ‘URL for IFS Enterprise Explorer’  in ‘BR System Parameters’ window from IFS Enterprise Explorer.
