Hi community,

I am trying to set tup a work schedule for an employee per weeks and not per day.

For example:

But in the Time Card it’s seems no flexible for confirm if the hour per day is not complete. Any idea how can I setup that? Best regards,
 

 

Hi,

You can try using Flex Day types and Flex Balances to handle this. However, it is not possible to validate whether the 40 hours per week is achieved before, authorization take place. That would require a CRIM.

I am trying with  a time and attendance time base Gross time Reporting and the parameter list gross time normal hours as well, and not connecting the employee to any schedule day type dependent. However it seems this parameters doesn’t affect in the calculation of the time card.

 

I don’t know if it’s because my employee is not connected to any work schedule..
