The employee is entitled to extra compensation when assigned to work irregular working hours. This could be handled by time reporting on specific wage codes. It can either be done by employee, an administrator or a manager. As long as the wage code is setup to be included in the Transfer to Payroll, the employee will get the extra compensation on top of its salary.
If I understand this correctly, the extra compensation should be both in overtime and in “OB” (Swedish) swhich is a type of “Increment”]. Thus, you need 2 wage codes, one overtime and one “OB”. I am not sure if these already exist, or if you need to create specific wage codes specifically for these occasions. HR or Payroll should however be able to answer that.
