Hi, my customer has noticed that the above functionality was recently changed. They are on Apps 10 UPD 13 and has discovered that you are now able to enter time for a person on a project team that was different then the project team you were on if you are the project manager. Our customer is trying to determine when this was changed. We have checked release notes for UPD 13 and have not found any mention of that functionality being changed.
Has anyone else come across this?
