Hi all, I am trying to restrict access to certain contribution elements in payroll for a group of users (IFS10). I have created an access group ‘HR’ and for this group only added the contributions they should see and granted access to those elements. I have allocated the person IDs in the group but yet the users can see all elements recorded in Payroll Information.

 

 Am I missing something or is there a bug here?

Update: A colleague found the missing link! There is now a tick box in Company Details/General tab that needs to be checked: Use Extended Data Security. All sorted!
