Hi Team,

We are having issue in reopen Dec-2023 payroll. When we tried to do the task system is asking to reopen a booked payroll which processed in same month.

Can we reopen a booked payroll? 

What will be the issue here? Can anyone help to resolve?
 


 

 

@XitThilaB : Have you found any resolution for this issue? Recently I have faced same issue. System was asking to re-open booked payroll list, but this is not possible.

I have taken technical team help to update the status of payroll list from ‘Closed’ to ‘Calculated’ directly into table. After that system allowed me to Cancel Calculation and Cancel Parameters.
