Training events are often registered after the actual training have taken place just to keep a record of the trainings held. When adding participants to training event we very often get warning message “Training participant xxx might be unavailable for the training due to absence. See the reference text column for more details.
In reference text we see Time Card Absence;
Looking at employee time card we see that employee was present during this day.
Does anyone know the logic used? On the training events there is only start and end date and nr of hours but no start time.
