Customer uses full flex work hours so there is no particular log in and out time, they want to get OT calculations setup. So how they want is, if the OT to be paid only in 15 minutes blocks. If a person works 14 minutes, there is no OT and the time should be not considered. If they work 44 minutes it will 30 minutes OT and 14 minutes from (30 to 44 )not considered.
