Good day.  Is it possible to add a note as to why a TR was Rejected?  We have set up Detail Approval on the TR Configuration.  However, once the Manager has approved/rejected the TR, it disappears from the page without being able to provide a reason/note/comment.  Any suggestions in this regard?

@AnGo : Once Manager Approve/ Reject the travel request, status will be changed. There is no po-up window available to provide notes/comments.

Check the possibility, if a new custom field can be added into Travel Request. Manager can add their comments before approval/ rejection. After Approval/ Rejection action, travel request status will be changed, and notification can be enabled for requester which will contains the manager’s comments.
