We have two new supervisors that receive an error when trying to authorize time for their direct reports.  The error message is - No Period exists for  the date 24-JAN-23 in company XXX.  They have received the error for multiple dates/weeks they are trying to authorize.  The time cards they are trying to authorize  for for employees that have been setup for a very long time and all of the employees have a schedule assigned.  We are operation on IFS Aurena verison 22.1.6.20220913050911.0.  What is causing this error?  How do we fix it?

Dear Mikaela

you need to check the “Users per User Group”.

Your employee, or you,  must be defined in the AC group, and in the right company too.

see th screen shot

Regards,

Pierre

Users must be tied to a user group

Also check “voucher series per voucher type” that the user group they have is associated to the voucher type for the year in question

Check accounting periods > user groups per period as well for the year/period in question. Ensure user group tied to those users are part of it
