We are planning to change our Pension provider in the coming months, and subsequently we need to do some setup in payroll and then migrate employees across to the new pension provider.
We have a number of existing contribution types linked to the existing pension provider via Institution id.
We need to re-align the contribution type id to new institution ids setup for the new pension provider.
Once this is done, we can then look to amend the employee contributions within Payroll Information to end date the existing and create new contributions for the new pension.
Are you able to advise how we go about this please?
