Hi All,

One of the employee submitted annual leave and after registering the leave was cancelled. but in the Absence limit days the used annual leaves amount is not calculated properly.

anyone knows the reason for this? any idea?

 

Hi,

Normally annual leave balance get updates when the Annual Leave absence request  is authorized by the Supervisor.

If you need to cancel the leave after it is authorized ,you need to select Ask For Request Cancellation option in respective leave in the Absence Calendar.

Once it is cancelled by the supervisor Leave balance get updates.
