i got this error when a schedule ran that will send auto email to user. at print server i got IfsPSCrystalReportsPlugin.CRPlugin. StartPrintJob() Crystal reports Plugin failed! this error and and popup open that ask me to save file. earlier email fires. get these problem from last one week.

This isn’t much information to go on. Some questions that may help people provide some ideas:
What IFS version is this?
Did this report work and then stopped working, or has this never worked?
Do you have a Crystal Web Service set up to handle Crystal report layouts?
Do any other Crystal Report layout reports work?

using ifs 7. one week before report worked. now none report works. when i scheduled a report on that time print server ask to save that file manually when i save it manually then it will ok. but i can't save every time manually. earlier it is saved automatically at defined location.
