We are in process of upgrading to IFS Cloud for Apps 10, but transfer payroll files is not working. Payroll file for  overtime and absence is created empty…..  but the travel expense file is created correct.

We have created a case to support, but it seems like they struggle to sort this out, and has not provided any solution either.  Anyone who has had the same problem ? if so has it been solved and how ?

Which payroll system do you transfer to? I suspect you have had a customization for this transfer… is that customization upgraded to IFS Cloud?

Or do you use the standard API to create files?

 

When you run the “Transfer to payroll” - are transactions created in “payroll transactions” for that transfer or do you mean you don’t even get transactions there?

we see the transactions but not in the file...
