is there any way to unlink the linked employee from company ?
I have removed the connection in the ‘MCPR Linked Employees’ screen (Employee File > Employment > <MCPR Linked Employees) but this connection still is visible in the Human Resources > Employee Management > Employees screen.

Hi,
I assume you have created Linked Employees in the Project Company for performing MCPR functionality. Linked employee is not a physical regular employee of that company. So those employees are specially marked to exclude form head counts and other HR related operations. So, removing the link from “MCPR Linked Employee” is not enough for removing this link. Most probably you may need to think on a data repair. But still, I’m not clear on the functionality you are going to achieve removing this link.
