We are in the process of implementing IFS and one of the concerns is a way to update (annually) through a migration process, the annual hourly rates of each employee in the organization. Whether it is union agreement driven, or annual merit increase.
This would be a tedious task for any HR or payroll employee especially if you had ‘000s of employees.
On that note why does IFS have an HCM (HRIS) module that does not calculate hourly rates automatically based on the salary of the employee and their # of hour profile? The push this hourly rate automatically into the JRM module or into the Specific rates for each employee. There needs to also be a migration tool for updating salary information.
