Hi,

We are currently building an Employee Survey to canvas all employees, but it seems the Survey requires a User Account for answers to be provided. 

Is there a method that employees without a user account (Shop Floor Employees) are able to complete the survey on an SFDC machine and it be completed multiple times on the same user profile?
