Employee Schedules are not matching as per cycle schedule

Assign a shift (DAY in your case) to the first schedule start day (Monday) and then re assign the schedule(delete the schedule assigned in employee file and re-assign the schedule) for the employee it will resolve the issue.

 

Hi,

When you have a schedule with several weeks you need to have different shift per week.

If Monday is your week start day these shifts should be connected to Mondays of all weeks.

Do not connect shift on all working days - only on the start day of the week.

For example create shifts W1, W2, W3 and W4. Connect these to each monday in the cycle.

When you assign the employees to this schedule you assign them to different shift depending on what week they start on.

This way you can have many employees on the same schedule cycle even if they work on different shifts.
