Does anybody know what decides the indicator ‘Direct Report’ on Employee File? And how to change it?
My first thought was it is decided by the new functionality from APP10 in Graphical Organization Structure ‘Direct Supervisor Selection’ - if select ‘Based on immediate parent position or above’, indicator Direct Report on Employee File will be turned on to YES. But after testing I found it is not so.
