We have entered a new employee incorrect and wanted to remove the user to be able to start over. 

After deleting all the data on the employee we wanted to delete the user under company. We then get the below error 

When checking on the employee this information is still added

 

However I am not able to remove this data 

How do I proceed to be able to remove the employee? 
This has never been an issue in the past, so not sure why it happens now.
