Hi Team,

I need the help of experts to identify the difference between the current Balance and the Available Balance columns of the Current Balance Summary Window.

We set the current balance value as 25 each year on the 1st of January.
When we register interval as absent with an ANNUAL wage code, current and available balance values are usually reduced simultaneously.

But here, current and available balance values do not match. What may cause this issue?

Current balance is their available annual leave entitlement as of current date (18th July 2024) in this example. Available balance is lower as annual leave will have been booked later in the year, which brings the available balance down.
