Balance reconciliation databse scheduled task going in error state with below error details, quite unsure why this error is occurring 

Please advise.

Hi,

It is important that the user that you have scheduled this database task with has access to all employees with an HCM access role that contains enough access to perform the task.

It could be a good idea to have a specific user that runs HR scheduuled tasks - not ifsapp…. unless you want to give ifsapp HCM Access.
