It is important that the user that you have scheduled this database task with has access to all employees with an HCM access role that contains enough access to perform the task.

It could be a good idea to have a specific user that runs HR scheduuled tasks - not ifsapp…. unless you want to give ifsapp HCM Access.

What do you mean by HCM access, could you please share screenshot of it please(screen, access role attributes, etc.)

That’s the place I mean. However it is not enough to be HR Applicaiton manager to perform all actions in Time management.

If it is IFSAPP that has scheduled the job, the person connected to IFSAPP also needs an access role to the whole organization, all companies.

• Click Extend so you see the organization

• Select the organization to give access to

• Then Add an access line with a role - valid from start of the year to forever and include subordinates

This role should preferable contain all access attributes for time management - also authorization right and access to transferred result just to be sure. Some actions in the background jobs do unauthorization and reauthorization, that’s the reason for that. Sometimes also changes to transferred result so you might just as well add that too.
