Absence Generate Limit Year

Hello community,

I have generated an Absence Limit year for an employee, and I have noticed that the fields individual working hours is not coming although I did define in my Absence group. I don’t know if there’s a bug or something. Because If I change the limit unit for example “Factor based” worked fine.

And the available limit shoul not be 35?

Hi,

It is a bit difficult to help with so few settings visible, since Absence has so many settings. However:

  1. Do you have any value in “Absence Parameters” on the Employee (HCM Services > Time Management > Absence Management > Absence > Absence Parameters)?
  2. What are your Rounding Method/Precision on “Allocation Settings” and “Limit Definition”?

Yes, I have tried adding a parameter on the employee and doesn’t work either, and I don’t have defined a rounding method because I have setup the allocation automatic.

The solution I found was changing the limit unit to “Day based workinh hours” and now I have the expexted results.
