Absence approve status

Hi All,

 

When an end user apply for an absence, supervisor needs to approve it first and authorize it secondly. In our case we do not need two levels and we need to skip approve status and authorize it directly. 

Is there any option to skip this approve option and directly authorize absence requests by the supervisor?

I'm working with AURENA client.

Hi Malin,

In the definition of the absence type, you can activate the toggle Register Absence on Request Approval. It doesn't skip the approval, but it performs the authorization together with the approval, which obviously gives the same result.
