I have setup T-action for several absence types and it works as expected. Only part I am not able to solve is for absence action to appear while absence type is in state “Confirmed”. As far I can see, the parameters do not cover what state absence type should be in. Is there anything else I can change?

Hi,
T-actions only trigger on registered absence, not on absence requests. Sounds like you mean that this is an absence request waiting for approval?
If you want something to trigger on absence request status change there is a standard event for this - maybe that is what you are looking for?

Thank you for looking into this! It makes sense. Unfortunately, it does not resolve my issue.
If user registers wage code that has been linked to absence type, the absence type is generated in state “Registered”. No more status changes are possible in absence module but absence action is triggered. So this is great.
If user register absence request, first state is “Registered” and it does not generate absence action. This is ok as I set absence requests to be confirmed automatically.
The next state is “Confirmed” and still no absence action triggered. (This is what I need fixed)
When the same absence request is approved, it generates absence action as expected.
What can I do?
Hi again,
An absence request is not yet a “real” absence, only a request so it can never generate a T-action.
