When i recreating instance it gave below error when configuring Web Server configuration window
After reconfiguration env wont start. Any solutions?
Common name does not contain fully qualified domain name
It appears the server certificate you’ve selected may not be complete with the server and / or domain names needed for the host machine of your recreated mws. You can test this by running another reconfigure and trying to use a self-signed certificate. Then, if everything else is in good order, you ought to be able to start the mws servers and processes.
After doing this you’d need to locate the self-signed certificate file in the mws home, import it into the browser of the machine you are using to log into this Apps 10 environment and then attempt the login. Again, if everything else is in good order you should be able to log into the Apps 10 instance. But if not there would be other problems to track down.
After these tests, if the mws started successfully and user login was also successful it would indicate that the server certificate is not valid. But if either of the tests failed then there are other issues to be addressed with this environment. In this situation the steps used to recreate the mws instance should be reviewed and possibly repeated.
