Looking for feedback on an easy method to view and copy access from one user to another. For example, when a new employee is created they need added in many different areas of the IFS system before they can perform their job. I’ve listed a few as an example
- Document Management Basic Data
- Approvals
- Quality
- Shop Floor Employee Basic Data
- Users per User Group
- Purchase Requisitions user
- Site Settings
- WADACO processes
- Maintenance Resource
- Time Clock Terminal
Is there a method in IFS to run a report that shows you where a user ID is used in these areas so if there is a new hire, or role change - you can make the necessary changes in the system? I imagine you could get this data from the User Security Report or Object Security Report with the right criteria.
