Some of our users have reported that their IFS client session fails to work after they return to their locked Windows PC?

Has anyone else seen similar issues? Is it a timeout issue? (Set to 0mins in System Parameters), perhaps a network blip? Are there any logs that may give us some more info?

Hi @MikeArbon - we use Azure SSO for Apps10 and don’t see this.  Does look like a timeout of some kind.

You might also want to look at the settings on the Azure side rather than the IFS side, if their whole AD account is inactive during that time.  Just a thought.
