Hello,

 

We are currently using IFS Cloud 22R2, one user cannot click on the note button when you enable a field to be “multiline” via page designer. We have tried different browsers, I doubt it would be a permission issue since they have 99% of the permissions, and no one else is encountering this issue in their same permission set.

 

If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know. Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.

Does the user has the problem only with one specific note field, or have you checked if the user can click and expand multiline fields on other pages? This would help to identify if it’s a general browser rendering issue or specific to this page configurations.

Sorry for the late reply, the problem is only with one single note field, all other note fields work fine, other people using the same permission set are fine, we’ve tried different browsers, different computers, removing the field then readding it, etc and nothing has worked.
