Hello,

Using a lobby element that uses several filters

With the option “Use Datasource Condition” enabled on the element

The lobby counter is well filtered

But the list is not, and the five same records appear with no consistency, whatever the selection is.

For information the url : https://ifspsd2-d01.demo.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/web/page/ManageMaintenanceOrder/Form;filterby-lobby-ds=6c0add88-cc30-41ad-a520-bc97c3f2016c;filterby-lobby-params=%7B%22pageParams%22:%5B%7B%22name%22:%22Customer_Id%22,%22value%22:%22%25%22%7D,%7B%22name%22:%22Top_Part_No%22,%22value%22:%22%25%22%7D,%7B%22name%22:%22Top_Serial_No%22,%22value%22:%22%22%7D,%7B%22name%22:%22Tail_No%22,%22value%22:%22%25LX%25%22%7D%5D%7D;element-title=OPEN%20WP;usedefaultfilter=false;record=KE9yZGVyU2VxPTQp;path=0.1656053651.1188772997.671078522.1492810231.eyJmIjoiL0xvYmJ5IiwiZyI6ImZiMWZhM2FlLThkNDUtNDQ0Mi1hYTIxLWRlM2ExZTVlMjU4YyIsImkiOiJmYjFmYTNhZS04ZDQ1LTQ0NDItYWEyMS1kZTNhMWU1ZTI1OGMiLCJhIjoidmlydHVhbC0xIiwiYiI6IjE0OTI4MTAyMzEiLCJlIjoiTUFJTlRFTkFOQ0UgT1ZFUlZJRVciLCJkIjp0cnVlLCJjIjpmYWxzZX0%3D.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%3D

Hi @Minoshini Fonseka . I’ve seen your precise answers here on the same topic

However, the parameter usedefaultsetting is false in that case. Hope you will find the reason here. Tell me if it is a ticket I should raise.

@Bertrand Dousset ,

Can you please specify the IFSCLOUD version and the Service update version (if applicable) of the environment you are trying this on?

Thanks,

Kasun

Hi @Kasun Balasooriya It is 21R2 :

IFS Aurena framework version: 21.2.0.20211015043250.0

IFS Aurena client version: 21.2.0.20211015043250.0

IFS OData provider version: 21.2.0.20211007043829.0

Strangely enough, the exact same element but based on different statuses works as expected.

Today, without any changes performed, the conditions are passed over the detailed page when zooming into. Amazing but suspicions behavior. Anyone aware of cache issues with lobbies or something else ?

Hi @Bertrand Dousset ,

To my knowledge there is a there is a lobby cache in Aurena and you can clear it with the following:

https://<hostname>:<port>/main/ifsapplications/web/server/lobby/page/clear-cache

However, I am not sure if this cache is related to your issue.

Thanks,

Kasun

Hello @Kasun Balasooriya Haven’t found it for my IFS Cloud environment https://ifspsd2-d01.demo.ifs.cloud/. Any way to access it via the UI ?

@Yasas Kasthuriarachchi Do you know someone that might answer this question about the lobby cache clean up ?

Hi @Minoshini Fonseka @Rusiru Dharmadasa,
Have you seen this behaviour, is it something to be raised towards R&D?
Thanks & Best Regards,
Yasas

@chwrlk  Could you please provide your input here?

Thanks!

One of the main reasons for getting different results in the destination page is, the view used for creating the DB and view of the destination page’s main entity are different. You may confirm it first.
