Hi All,

Can someone help me to figure this issue and resolve it? or is this a limitation that we cannot use BR in Virtual machines?

  • installed BR from IFS Cloud landing page/Add-ons in a virtual machine ( mkevmpe3035) using MSI option.
  • IAM client entry was added for IFS_business_reporter 
  • After entering the credentials when connecting to BR client, it give this error(‘Oops! something went wrong’)

We have the exact same problem in one of our environments. We’ve created a support issue for IFS but haven’t got a reply yet.

Everything went well in our DEV (which is also a VM server), but in in TEST we get this “Oops! something went wrong’” error.

Any update about this issue @AveTonitM @Disna Marakkala
